💸Fee structure
Madhouse is transparent and user-friendly when it comes to fees.
🚫 Low Aggregator Fees
Madhouse charges fees equal to 0.1% of the traded volume for swaps involving two assets only (also called "single-hop") and 0.2% of the traded volume for swaps involving three or more assets (also called "multi-hop). If a user wants to swap WMON for USDC and there is a direct route do to so, the transaction is considered single-hop and the user pays 0.1% of the WMON amount traded. If there is no direct route from WMON to USDC but both assets are quoted against WBTC, the router will swap WMON for WBTC and WBTC for USDC. In this case, the transaction is considered multi-hop and the user pays 0.2% of the WMON amount traded.
⚙️ Gas Fees Explained
Gas fees are paid directly to Monad network validators to process transactions. Monad's highly efficient blockchain ensures these fees remain consistently low compared to traditional Ethereum-based DEX aggregators.
🌐 Integrator Fees (Optional)
Third-party services (like wallets or dApps integrating Madhouse) may choose to set a small additional fee. However, this is clearly indicated by the third-party service and is not controlled or charged by Madhouse itself.
In short:
Madhouse fee: 0.1% for single-hop and 0.2% for multi-hop transactions
Monad network gas: Required, very low
Third-party fees (if any): Clearly disclosed by the third-party integrator
